Join the Ukrainian community of Brighton and Hove as we gather to mark this anniversary. We come together to honor the fallen, support those still fighting, and ensure the world remains standing with Ukraine.

This is a peaceful protest and vigil. We invite all residents of Brighton, Hove, and Sussex to stand in solidarity with us.
Bring: Ukrainian flags, candles (in jars/lanterns), and posters.

What to expect?
Official Part (Starting at 4:00 PM)
For a few hours in the very heart of Brighton, we will open the Brighton Invincibility Point (Punkt Nezlamnosti) - inspired by the emergency shelters across Ukraine - to offer warmth and sence of community 🛡.
This is a place of strength created to:
🔹 Support our people who are currently freezing in Ukraine. ❄️🏚
🔹 Remind everyone that the war is very close. 🌍📢
🔹 Warm each other with the heat of our hearts on this bitter anniversary. ❤️🔥

Since the start of the full-scale war, our incredible community has donated over 80 tons of life-saving aid—medical supplies, warm clothing, pet food, and hygiene products. Our volunteers pack these items every week with a simple label: "With love from Brighton & Hove."

⚠️ The Crisis: We are losing our humanitarian aid hub
While our team is 100% volunteer-led, we have one massive, unavoidable expense: Our storage facility.

To collect, sort, and pack this aid, we need a secure, dry space. It costs £700 every month. After 4 years, our free options have been exhausted. Without this hub, we have nowhere to receive your donations or load the vans for their 1,800-mile journey to Kharkiv.

🚛 How your donation delivers hope:
We currently have over 2 tons of aid in storage, ready for Kharkiv, Ukraine. Your support gets it there:

☕️ £5 (the price of a coffee) — fuels the truck for 10km of its journey. ⛽️ £10 — covers 20km of the road to those in need.
🏠 £25 — pays for one full day of warehouse storage.
🛡 £175 — secures our logistics hub for an entire week.
