Stand for U is now a registered charity!

We have big news to share!

Stand for U (formerly Stand for Ukraine) has officially become a registered charity. We've worked hard on this for three years, and we've finally reached this important goal!

What does this mean for us?

This new status helps us do even more. It gives us greater opportunities to support Ukrainians – whether they are here in Brighton & Hove, across the UK, or in Ukraine and other parts of the world. 

We will continue the important work we've been doing since the war started:

❇️ Sending essential humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

✳️ Supporting the Ukrainian community here in Brighton & Hove and wider Sussex.

❇️ Sharing Ukrainian history and culture with people in the UK.

As we start this new chapter as a registered charity, we are planning our next steps and looking to grow. We firmly believe that by working together, we can make a greater impact and support Ukraine in its journey towards victory and recovery.
